Minerva Czech Republic has prepared a set of training courses for manufacturing organisations to promote business process optimisation, in particular when there is a change in user or additional new users. Additional courses cover company expansion into new regions, branch acquisitions or reengineering plans, or improving employee education and qualification.
It is possible to take advantage of grants and subsidies provided by the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs when organising training courses. Minerva is ready to actively work with your HR and Finance departments in drafting any applications to be submitted to the Employment Offices and the Ministry for financial support for training, so that together we can make the most of all available opportunities.
